Why I practice meditation:

I practice meditation because it reminds me of who I really am. I feel connected, calm, in perfect timing with my life and where I am in the journey. I practice and teach meditation because it has been such a gift in my own life. I’ve watched it transform my relationship with anxiety, overwhelm and physical pain. As I developed my own practice, it started opening up new awarenesses and life opportunities I may have never seen available to me.

Why I teach meditation:

I teach meditation to help others recognize their own inner wisdom and light. Each class is unique and different. Meditation is such a powerful tool and allows one to release, receive and find their inner voice in a new way every time they choose to sit and be silent. We show up together and something new and incredible takes place every time.
