Sara has spent 21 years teaching meditation and yoga. Her voice and guidance can literally make you feel as if your body and stress dissolves. She recently completed graduate school with Loyola Marymount University’s Inaugural Class in Yoga Philosophy. She is the yoga/meditation spokesperson for Weight Watchers, Yoga for Dummies, and Crunch Yoga, and was the therapeutic instructor on “Dr. Drew’s Celebrity Rehab.”
Why I practice meditation:
I started meditating at 9 to help me sleep. Been doing it ever since.
Why I teach meditation:
I feel responsible for the well-being of the group and that makes me totally present. For me it's the best form of meditation!
