Johnny is a therapist, actor, writer, teacher and father.  He began meditating over 20 years ago with a 10-day silent retreat at which he meditated for over 15 hours each day. His unique guided meditations will transport you and reconnect you to your deepest desires and life's purpose.

Why I practice meditation:

I practice meditation to be able to hear my path and refine the relationship I am having with myself and the world around me. I like to show up fully; to do that I need to hang out in my presence each day so I can listen to my mind, body and heart. I believe we all have a unique path to success/happiness and it's inside. We need to tap into the universe inside to hear it.

Why I teach meditation:

I love to share the power of meditation because it is what has helped me the most. It helped me realize most of what I think is not true. Most people are believing their negative thoughts and creating negative feelings and emotion. Happiness lies within. We sometimes lose our way to it. I love to recalibrate clients and get them to experience how whole, perfect and complete they truly are.
