11:30am-12pm: Welcome, opening circle and review of the day’s logistics
12pm-12:30pm: Opening Talk on the Benefits of Meditation- and the neuroscience behind its magic.
12:30pm - 1pm: Yes, you can generate happiness and relaxation! Guided meditation exercises to soothe the autonomic nervous system. Create a neurochemical cascade of Serotonin and sit in the bliss bubble.
1:30pm-2pm: Talk on how to generate elevated emotions as the gateway to hardwiring happiness and healing.
2:30pm-3:30pm: Nourishing Poolside Lunch
3pm - 3:15pm: Q&A, and personal stories, experiences. 3:30pm - 4pm: Closing Meditation, & Closing Circle
