This immersive, nourishing day will be focused on the practices of self-compassion as a pathway for healing, acceptance and gratitude for self-care.
The day will include a combination of gentle yoga practices accessible to all levels of practitioner, informative talks on the practice of self-compassion and gratitude, the science and benefits supporting both self-compassion and gratitude, meditation, soothing essential oils, and group discussion.
