A journey to center is Paul’s signature guitar meditation. It’s a combination of a body scan meditation with sound healing and breath. This experience began at Unplug Meditation in 2016. Since then Paul and his wife have moved to Bali, Indonesia where Paul has lead guitar meditations all over the world.
