This class: Are you ready to stop being so hard on yourself? In this workshop, you'll learn how to handle difficult emotions with greater ease and become your own ally by cultivating an inner response of kindness, courage, and understanding.
We’ll share the afternoon together learning how to manage emotions and shift toward a positive response that feels supportive, strong, and wise. Using the power of the group we’ll learn to see our common humanity in any life situation. Come and feel revitalized by connecting more authentically to your inner compassionate voice through meditations, discussion, writing and experiential exercises.
About Natalie: Natalie is an inspirational leader in the mindful self-compassion movement. She teaches the transformative power of mindful self-compassion to shift you out of stress and into alignment with your own power. As a certified teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) and the Director on Online Learning for the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion, she teaches globally and has trained and taught with the leading teachers of self-compassion.
