To begin the class, we will gather in conversation and go over the intricacies of the mind/body relationship and how that, along with energy awareness, can heighten and transform our walk through life. During the session, Josh will be introducing various breathing techniques to enhance your journey into a meditative state. The emphasis on breath will hyper oxygenate the blood, flush out toxins, and stimulate the mind in preparation for meditation. Additionally, we will bring our focus to the Chakras (or energy centers) and practice a few subtle movements before and after meditation to collect, release, expand, and refine the energy in our auric field.
