A night of moving meditation with celebrity manual therapist, Aaron Alexander. With proper education and intention, every moment becomes an opportunity to develop our mind and movement practice. We break down the art and science of how to Align our sitting, standing, walking, breathing and dive into the fundamental movements that form the foundation for our physical practice.
