THIS WEEK: Cassandra Bodzak
In this one-hour special class, Eat with Intention author and Body Wisdom Guide, Cassandra Bodzak, will teach you how to use meditation to connect within. Once you're in a calm and open meditative state, you'll be guided to ask your "earth suit" questions like what it needs from you, what you might be doing that's not working for it, etc. Once you're in tune with your own body, you can start to consciously choose the food, exercise, and activities that will energize you and promote your highest vitality on any given day. Who needs a health coach when you can become your own?
