She utilizes a plethora of modalities to help clients ground into their bodies, establish strong boundaries and open portals to the magic and abundance within. Certified in gong, crystal alchemy singing bowls, planetary chimes and tuning forks, Allison aims to bring together both hemispheres of the brain in a beautiful marriage of spirit and science. WHY I TEACH MEDITATION:

By studying sound, I also study silence. Silence is the key to all sound. It holds infinite potential. By surrounding yourself in whatever amount of silence you can achieve in this hectic world, we can allow the noises of life to integrate and settle. Although true silence is impossible, when we create space for it, we create space within ourselves. I aim to hold people in this space to feel safe and seen.

WHY I PRACTICE MEDITATION:

Meditation appeals to both sides of my brain; the left, analytical side that knows the immense physical benefits it provides, and the right, fluid side that seeks flow and space. Meditation has allowed me to connect with myself deeply, dissipate anxiety and ground into my own energy to help me become a more empowered empath. Forever grateful for this incredible tool.

I can consistently stay in a place of choice vs. a prisoner of past conditioning. Who I am now is a result of my past practice, and who I am becoming is a result of my discipline. Meditation works!

She's been a Master Educator at Chopra (as is Deepak Chopra), an executive and life coach, a kundalini yoga teacher, and a meditation and mindfulness teacher specializing in grief and loss.

Libby's meditation themes reveal the possibility of emotional healing and spiritual awakening amid change through mindful practices, loving awareness, and practicing compassion in our inner and outer worlds.

Ngudju Makangira

Background:

Before I found meditation I was living a very unhealthy life and at the age of 26, I got diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, that moment my life changed drastically.

I didn't want this disease to take my life over, so I had to make a lot of lifestyle changes. First I discovered yoga which led me to the path of meditation. Daily practice gave me balance, discipline, love, and motivation to be a better person and it ultimately helped me bring my health back. As a meditation teacher, I want to help people connect with their minds and true selves. I myself have experienced how a daily meditation practice can change a hectic and stressful life and turn it into a calm and loving one. My meditation practice has had such a positive influence on my life, that I wish to share this experience with others!

Mwanini Makangira

The journey of self discovery for Mwanini started when she became ill with Lyme dis-ease. Living with chronic pain for five+ years, made her realize that she needed to change her lifestyle. She dedicated her time, studying Buddhist meditation techniques to better understand the connection between the body and the mind. This helped her discover how traumatic events affect the mind and often express itself as physical pain and illnesses. The path required a lot of discipline, self-love, and forgiveness of the self which ultimately lead to her healing. Meditation has helped her understand the language of her body, and she now helps others do the same! Her meditations are centered around the connection between body and mind. Helping you understand how the energy in your body flows and how changing your thoughts can relieve you from the stress and tension your body unconsciously holds onto. With Meditations on Self Love, Positive Affirmations and Body Scans, you will come to learn the source of your troubles, mentally and physically.

ABOUT NATALIE VALLE:

My background includes Sound Healing training through Soundology, as well as Yoga Instructor (RYT 200 in-progress), and meditation. Since I was very young, I knew I had a deep connection to spirit, but it wasn’t until I was older that I discovered my true roots and all of my ancestor spirit guides who provide me with guidance and wisdom.

WHY I PRACTICE MEDITATION:

I’ve battled the darkness that stems from the human condition, and through yoga and meditation have found my way back to the light. My own life experience taught me the beauty and art of loving yourself, how to heal from negative patterns, and truly manifest the life of your dreams.

I feel called to offer people a healing experience that will help them transmute any negative patterns that are holding them back from feeling light, aligned, and empowered.
