My 30 day meditation challenge is up but I won’t be stopping! Sharing the @unplugmeditationapp goodness
This is what my meditation practice looks like irl, there’s no need for expensive cushions or sitting in nature in front of waterfalls to meditate. I just wake up, don’t even get out of bed, grab my headphones, open the @unplugmeditation app and start my day we just finished their 30 day meditation challenge [not that I’m stopping]
"For the past 30 days I have participated in a daily meditation practice using the @unplugmeditation app. The meditations curated for this 30 day challenge have by far been some of the best audio meditations I’ve experienced. Each and every meditation leader has been incredible and brought something different to the table. I love that they were all short enough to incorporate into everyday life but long enough to really give you a reset. I am so grateful for this experience and I could not recommend a meditation app more highly than @unplugmeditationapp"
Doing the 30-day meditation challenge with the @unplugmeditationapp this last month was probably the best thing I could have done for myself and this baby. Daily meditation has been a habit I have wanted for a while now and this challenge did the trick!
Doing this challenge was a great way to get back into my meditation routine...🧘♀ I love that the unplug app has so many different type of meditations, different lengths and different teachers. There is plenty to choose from for beginners and for those who are advanced further along in their meditation practice.
If you have been thinking about doing mediation, then now is your chance!
Even though I’m a huge advocate of meditation I’m hard pressed to make the time for it. I feel so fortunate to have come across the @unplugapp for @unplugmeditation it has been such a game changer! There are so many options within the app! You can listen to different teachers, different topics and there are even meditations by time (so if you only have a few minutes, there is literally an app for that!). If you have been trying to incorporate meditation into your daily routine but have a hard time knowing where to start, this is the app for you!
I just completed the #30daymeditationchallenge with @unplugmeditationapp and what a journey! This morning ritual got me to show up everyday with or without resistance to get to know my self better. To stay grounded in my body and show up with the courage to expand my awareness and stay in the present moment. There’s so much ease in going with the flow and excitement in where that takes you. Thank you @suzeyalofschwartz for offering this amazing opportunity for people to #unplug.
@unplugmeditationapp 30 day meditation challenge was completed yesterday. 🧘♀️ I loved the different teachers and styles of meditation offered, as well as the varied lengths of time. The calm and ability to exist in the present moment that meditation brings allows for life to just flow.
Time flies when your meditating ️ "Today is the future I created yesterday."
Meditation is a non-negotiable for me, it’s what keeps me centered, less reactive, calm and clear minded..If you’ve never meditated and don’t know where to start, go with a guided meditation and I have to say, hands down the best meditation app I’ve ever tried is @unplugmeditationapp there’s tons of meditations led by REAL teachers. All you have to do is open the app, pick either a topic, a goal or a desired time and be guided into bliss. I can’t recommend this app enough! 🧘🏼♀️ I just completed their #30daymeditationchallenge and I loved every second of it! #unplugmeditation#unplugmeditationapp
Post @unplugmeditationapp 30 day meditation challenge and this is how I’m feeling....inspired, at ease & full-hearted. I tend to be a creature of habit but one thing I always love to switch up is my meditation practice! From mindfulness to mantra to visualization they all offer their own forms of healing. And they all feel so. damn. good! Why choose one when you can try them all, right!? variety + accessibility + resonance. that’s what I’m all about Thanks @unplugmeditation
I completed the #30daymeditationchallenge - While traveling almost the entire time --30 days of breathe, focus, let go, think repeat. Would love @Davidjimeditation at my house to get my family going on a group practice.
Finishing up the last day of my #30daymeditationchallenge with the @unplugmeditation app...having the app and being a part of a “challenge” really made my practice a meaningful priority in my day. And our fur babies loved doing it with us too!
Monkey see, monkey do. Photo by @marybissonette ️ Had a blast participating in the @unplugmeditation#30daymeditationchallenge It totally took me out of my normal meditation routine & introduced some fresh ideas. The biggest takeaway however was the impact it made on my 5 year old twins. We used it at night to meditate together before bed & I was blown away at how engaged & focused they were meditating with the @unplugmeditationapp
Daily meditation makes me calmer, less reactive and more present. Tomorrow marks the last day of the @unplugmeditation#30daymeditationchallenge and the celebration of a new morning ritual that helps minimize ego and maximize living with intent and purpose.
The 30 day challenge is just about over but the results will stay with me forever. I will definitely continue to meditate daily as I am certain that my mind is more calm and clear and that I am much more present when I create new images . I would recommend this simple and almost effortless ritual to anyone needing to settle the monkey mind . The Unplug app is perfect for meditation anywhere
It helped me start my day feeling more relaxed and ready rather than stressed and dreading getting out of bed. All in all the challenge was more beneficial than I expected, the app is super easy to use, and I loved many of the meditations that I engaged in during this challenge.
First off, my relationship with chronic pain becomes more and more manageable with everyday that I sit in stillness & silence. I’m not claiming that meditation has made my pain disappear completely but my capacity to handle the less but persistent pain is greater. Pain has ruled my world for 24 years and that all changed when I started meditating daily. Actually my capacity to handle a lot of things is greater and a lot of those “things” (anxiety, fear, stress) have less control over me. I find that I respond to life with more grace and gratitude. Then throw in a whole bunch of people who are also deepening their practice and reading or witnessing the changes they’re experiencing 🏼🏼🏼 I love being a part of a collective and truly believe in the power of healing that blooms from that group of humans who want to raise their vibrations. I feel it everyday and want you to experience it as well.
I’ve been participating in a meditation challenge that has helped bring focus and clarity during these long hot summer weeks and I can’t begin to tell you how much I’ve grown and received from the whole process. I’ve been using the @unplugmeditationapp with @unplugmeditation and it’s been the best thing about my day. I’ve actually made it a priority because I get the same refreshed feeling from a weekend away as I do using this app. No. Really! I did NOT meditate. Ever. But now that I am I can’t stop! Try it!
