The HTML for background colors is easy. Just add a
bgcolor attribute
to the body tag. Encode the color as a six-digit hexadecimal
Red, Green, Blue value. The first two digits are Red, the next two are Green, and
the last two are Blue, and ff means turns the color
on and 00 turns the color off. Colors can be mixed
(as an example, try Yellow, which is made by mixing Red and Green).
